You can now request all necessary documents from your clients directly within the asset finance application, streamlining your workflow and making it easier for clients to securely submit their information.
What’s Included?
This new feature, available from the Actions menu within an asset application, allows you to:
- Configure and Customise: Easily select the documents you need from your clients, and even create custom requests for specific files.
- Send Secure Links: Your client will receive an email with a secure link, so they can quickly and safely upload the requested documents.
- Receive Notifications: You'll get an email notification as soon as a document has been uploaded.
- Automatic Filing: Once uploaded, the documents are automatically filed under the correct asset application, saving you valuable time and effort.
